Oh, that spell was even more sinister than I thought. I am so glad that Harry was able to fight it off, and that Draco was able to get through the wards, with the Minister of Magic in tow! Now they all know that Narcissa attacked Harry, and that she used Dark magic to harm him. Maybe Kingsley will actually ACT now, now that Diggory and Narcissa have attacked Aurors and broken laws within the Ministry.
Harry should know by now that the rift between Draco and his parents is permanent. They shared their memories, he should know better. But he is ever noble, even to his own detriment. I'm just glad that Draco saw through it. I am viciously pleased that Narcissa was caught red handed.
And Draco finally said he loves Harry. Harry passed out before he could confirm it, but Draco said it. I can't wait for Harry to be okay and for them to talk about it.
I think that Draco's memories of being tortured will have to be shared at Harry's trial. He probably won't want that to happen, but it will be the only way to prove that Draco's life was in danger and that Harry did not act impulsively and wasn't out of control. The case against him is thin, anyway.

I love this story and am eagerly awaiting more.
