Wow, I must admit I wasn't expecting that from Narcissa, but how Harry handled it was perfect. I appreciate how Harry wanted to attempt to spare Draco's relationship with his parents, even if there is no longer one there.

I do worry about lasting effects on Harry, but seeing how Draco's main and only concern was Harry leads me to think all will be well with them.

I would love to knock Shaklebolt upside the head with a broom, maybe knock some sense into him.
