This was such a pleasure to read, particularly as I had forgotten how much I enjoyed your descriptions of the symbiotic process that D & H share in Desire's production. It has been a while since they brewed the last batch and I am curious to see how their clients have been dealing without. I believe this was also the first time Harry had done this without his own Potion and its wonderful to see him attempting to deliberately control his magic as it intermingles with Draco's.
Harry's own insecurities at the beginning when he destroyed his stockpile is such a momentous thing in this trilogy, it's great that he has other things to worry about. Harry protectiveness (as well as his cluelessness on Slytherin business practices) is endearing as is Draco's resilience (in his recovery) and Millicent's slight misleading (about the warehouse for Dragon Tamer dances). The playfulness near the end was so gleeful to observe and just when things were getting hot, they were interrupted (presumably by CD or whomever it is) and I can feel Draco's frustration!
Thanks again for allowing us another glimpse into this verse! I thoroughly enjoyed our little back and forth yesterday! Have a wonderful Memorial Day weekend!
