Draco's POV is left out of that part of the chapter for a reason. You'll eventually get to see what he thinks, though.

It's not loss of control. It does tie in to why Harry is so focused on playing the perfect persona to everyone, though, and only playing what they expect.

Draco will indeed see and react to the disguise, don't worry.
