This is an amazing chapter. Even better than the others! Harry becoming aware of and regretting what he did. He did hurt Draco in the process of protecting himself. And then, as a habit, a new personna trying to take over. Or is it a new persona or his own self that he can't recognize anymore? I love that Draco wasn't overwhelmed with petty vengence and asked for the most intelligent thing he could have. I'm really eager to read the next chapter. This story, that started out as fluffy fun, is really tackling some ethical, philosphical issues and offers good angst (but I have hope the angst will happily be resolved). I love it!
Oh, and, poor Harry having to hear that form Ron. Ouch! Weasly doesn't realise, does he?
