I enjoy stories where Harry's had a breakdown because of the war. Looking critically at canon Draco, I'm not sure if he actually has the emotional depth to be affected by things happening outside his immediate range of vision. That's why, if it's Draco being saved from his own demons/past, I need a lot of detail on what he's being saved from. Book 7 gave some good hints, but of course, since it was Harry POV, we didn't get to see it in depth.
