Well, he doesn't see himself as losing anything because so far he's always been able to return to the 'real' Harry and take personality traits from him for the creation of new personas. But, of course, his perspective may not be the most reliable one.

I also think it's interesting that he doesn't think he could 'give up' the multiple personalities and he questions whether Draco could deal with that - and I have to say that he thinks about it at all is telling.

Telling because he might decide it's a bad thing, or because he might want Draco's approval?

Harry wanted to reassure Narcissa he was still working on the plan to separate himself from Draco so she didn't do something drastic about his seeming non-compliance- like telling Lucius.
