Harry trusts Draco to do some things- to have fantastic sex with him, for instance, and to like those parts of Harry he's seen. But Draco's already reacting (in Harry's head) sort of like Hermione, and urging him to drop the deception. That contributes heavily to Harry's mistrust.

Harry doesn't like hurting Draco; he just accepts it as inevitable now.
