Okay, so Harry is going to be a bastard. Damn him. But I'm not really surprised. He's still trying to defend his life, and even though he genuinely feels for Draco, he still cares about his games more, and he's trying to protect that. It makes me wonder if Draco actually *would* insist that he stop. I think he would understand more than Harry gives him credit for.
That being said, Harry really does have some real issues. His reasons are valid, some of them anyway, but his perspective of himself is dangerously flawed. How could he do what he does at Metamorphosis if he was genuinely as weak as he sees himself? It's like he's come to believe the public persona he set up for himself as a pathetic recluse. It is so very sad.
It's going to be a long road for him and Draco both.
