Narcissa would probably tell Draco about his identity, yes, but at least the "dating for months" thing is not suspicious; Draco told his parents that himself, so he would know Harry lied to keep his cover intact. (And he probably wouldn't tell his mother he lied to her, after all!) He's much more likely to think Harry stepped into the playing of the role for whatever reason, though whether he would actually believe Harry was in love with him...probably not.

Harry will vacillate after this. On the one hand, he wants Draco stop chasing him; on the other, he feels he can't really build a barrier between himself and someone he shared that kind of experience with.

Oh, he'll bottom eventually. I usually write both men in both positions unless the story is very short. But of course he's used to taking charge and making his partners feel like the center of the universe, so he hasn't done it often (and never planned to do it with Draco).

And yes, next chapter does include some reactions from the pure-bloods.
