I agree with Draco, Umbridge wasn’t a great loss for the wizarding world ::lol:: I think Hermione’s right about Diggory and Cordelia. And if it was, it was very clever, because it is a death linked to Desire but there’s no way to prove (at least I can’t think of one right now) that there was any involvement in it.
I loved how much Harry and Draco can annoy each other. It seemed Harry, so focused on his physical attraction to Draco, had forgotten that. I can’t wait to see how they get from attraction to something more, but I’m really enjoying this slow build up.
Draco bit back the angry words about how he hadn’t wanted to be involved in politics
Poor Draco, he may have political knowledge from observing is father and from the way things work in Slytherin, but he’s not an expert. And he doesn’t want to be.
I can’t believe Draco was so stupidly confident as to not set a term for his agreement with Daphne. Now she has another way of control over him. Not that I’m too worried about that, I’m more worried at Harry’s reaction when he finds out. I fear he’d do something stupid… and Daphne’s not someone you wanna cross. I trust Harry’s magical ability; he could remove whatever Daphne did to Draco’s stomach, if everything else fails. Of course, Draco would never let Harry do something to him while he has so little control over his magic, right?
I don’t know why everyone’s so frantic over what I decide to drink, he thought, as Hermione joined the hunt for owl treats. I’m in less trouble than anyone else at the moment.
Just what kind of argument has Hermione used to talk him off the potion, for him to still wonder why nobody likes it? Everything Draco has thought so far would make him understand his friends’ concern…
He’s admitted, in public, that he takes a variation of the Desire potion… I don’t think that’s ‘less trouble’ ::lol::
