I loved that dream! Made me think for a moment it was real ::shudders:: Ah, Richard… he can be a manipulative bastard even in dreams, I’ve never both hated and loved a character so before.
Of course Harry would have dreams. Any person would, but in the books Harry’s always have nightmares. He kept dreaming about the night Voldemort killed his parents 11 years later, even if that happened when he was a baby! I liked how he still has problems with his magic. He’s always had problems learning new things when he was stressed and frustrated (like the Summoning spell). But I agree with Odd Robert, once he manages Lumos, the rest will be easier.
Interesting that although having his voice taken was one of the most traumatic things for Draco, he would revert to silence as an escape mechanism. I think Harry did well in the therapy session, he’s the only person who can make Draco see that yes, that experience is part of what he is now, but he can’t let it rule his life. Just like his past lover made him realise his life hadn’t ended after the war.
“Yes, but that’s no excuse for not living.”
Hmm, I think that was very important. After all, Draco didn’t want Harry to use the sacrifice as an excuse for not living and having to deal with his sexual orientation and what loving Draco implied. If Harry’s willing to try and live, the Draco should too.
I can’t wait to see how Harry deals with Skeeter, and for him to find who the hell told her and hurt them.
