Heh, well, sorry about the cliffy, but I'm glad you enjoyed the chapters.

And thanks! I wondered how many people picked up on the statement about Draco's stomach. Yes, it's something bad, and yes, it does come back into play in future chapters.

Ginny honestly does want to reconcile with Harry. That's something she's wanted for a while now, whether or not it leads to getting Harry away from Draco. Whether it ties into the evidence she gave Harry is something that will play out later.

It is someone they know! I think I made a very interesting choice of victim, and I can't wait to see how people react to it.

Even if Nott and Diggory are behind it, it could be awfully hard to prove.

One thing Hermione would be quick to point out (and Draco did miss) is that if Muggleborns are reared in the wizarding world, then they should get it. And so should half-bloods. Draco, whether he meant to or not, assumed pure-bloods would be the only ones to have a 'normal' upbringing. When Hermione forces him to confront that, then he may have to admit part of his stance is also blood prejudice.

Harry could get over most of his guilt and still have his determination that he must never hurt anyone through jealousy ever again. Something like that will be a little harder for Draco to overcome.

No, I love long comments! Thanks for leaving one.
