I've selfishly been loving this story without commenting but this chapter forced my hand. You've written one of the most fascinating fanfic pieces I've read. I beta H/D fanfic so I see a lot of stories but this one comes out on top. The path towards healing is long and winding as it should be for these two characters. Your story respects the frailty of being human and the complexity of the mind. I will continue with this story and hope that you will write many more. Brilliant!
