Actually, I think most of the ideas I've used here are common fears/nightmares (I've read a few interesting articles about how horrific cannibalism seems to many people, the ultimate terror, so I wanted it for the last Pensieve). It's just the specific application of them that's freaky. But I'm glad it's affecting you that way! (Glad in a way, I mean...)
