It's finished?! What!? I mean, that was definitely a wonderful chapter, but no resolution! I guess I am spoiled since a week seems like such a long ways away :) Do you already have a title set up for the next installment?
My thoughts on the development thus far: I think, like Hermione and Draco, that Harry is being hard on himself. However, it fits his personality. He expects himself to be more than human--which is not unexpected since he has proved himself to be a hero so many times. But, the emotions he is trying to block--anger and lust--are two of the most human, carnal emotions. I am excited to see the partnership/friendship between Harry and Draco develop. I was wondering, does Draco taking Desire effect his artistic spontaneity--those attractive moments when he is completely wrapped up in his art? I really like when you described Harry watching Draco be artistic. I had not really ever thought of Draco in that way. And the political intrigue--that article on the morality of potions!--is likely to have a greater presence in the sequel?
