I love this...I always love things where they have to do some age-old spell using blood...I love bond fics and blood bonds are my favorites. Although this wasn't a bond, it still made me tingle.

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but Harry's magic and emotions are both sort of unhinged or uncontrollable if he doesn't take the potion, right? Or is it only a side-effect when Harry forgets to drink it after having drunk it for so long? And is it a big part or clue (his magic and emotions being...volatile) to what Harry hates most about himself?

Three chapters to go, right? I hope his secret will be revealed within those chapters....♥
