Harry would be so embarrassed if that happened. If the time comes that he does have to sleep while Draco remains awake, he will definitely cast that Silencing Charm.
Draco will need lots of therapy. However, having someone around who can help him recover, playing a part in his own rescue, and having St. Mungo's heal the physical damage will help. And Harry really has just proven he will do anything for Draco, even if his way of doing so is really stupid.

These Unspeakables came from behind, so the best bet is that they've been following Harry and Draco through the maze for a while, but only came close now. Those obstacles wouldn't have been easy to pass even for people who had done research on the creatures, and they probably don't know the whole way through like Draco does.
