Thank you! "Inevitable" is exactly the word I would hope to use of the characters, so that they didn't feel as if they developed from nowhere.

This is probably the most equal story I've written. In others, though I feel that Harry and Draco end up close to each other in strength and importance, one is obviously more competent and together than the other.

I think Harry's guilt complex is his weakest point. He does stupid things for the peace of those he loves. If that got exacerbated by ten years of marriage...
