So Andromeda is totally insane. Her reasoning makes sense – in an insane way of course. Its very chilling the way she can speak so calmly about starting the war so that she can be the mother and grandmother that she was meant to be. You’ve painted her madness brilliantly. It makes it more believable that she’s been able to hide it for ten years.
Let me just say YAY DRACO! I’m so glad that he’s found his own inner strength to survive the cell. Focusing on the promise of comfort outside the cell and all those who are depending on him to survive and save them is an excellent way to keep from succumbing to the fear. I can’t wait to see what the catacombs have in store for him – and the Snakes.
Poor Harry – that hex she hit him with sounds horrible. I’m glad that he’s learned to temper his tongue. I love his fake-out diversion and can’t wait to see if he gets the wand. Somehow I think it would be too simple for him to just take her wand and body bind her.
And the great thing is that even with all of this excitement and the battle with Andromeda and the Snakes – we STILL have the mystery/dilemma of the life-debt versus the wedding vows.
