Hee! I admit, I was a little disappointed that so many people figured out Prince's identity so early, but it doesn't seem to have substantially damaged anyone's enjoyment of the story.

There was one specific obstacle blocking Harry from acting earlier (well, one that was real and one that was personal to Harry). He'll explain that to Draco in the next chapter.
