I would say, in order to get rid of remaining Death Eaters, Harry play Prince and pushes them to attack himself so he can arrest them. Obviously, he need Draco to be "around", hence his inane behaviour towards him. Draco must be kept on his guard, but without knowing what's really going on since he could inadvertendly spill te beans.
It's the first time I read a WIP... never again... too much suspense :D
