Wow! I lose my internet connection for a few hours and come back to not one, not two, but THREE updates. I’m so excited *doing happy dance* I have to take a moment to compose myself before I begin reading. Great use of Batty in this chapter. Caught me totally off guard… once again confirming your (and Draco’s :D) brilliance. BTW – I absolutely love your description of the book Draco looked in and the need for blood to open it and the fact that he absolutely must NOT get blood anywhere else on the book or certain…things (love that) will happen. How do you come up with these spells though – they’re brilliantly evil. The simplicity of Harry and Draco’s reunion was ‘simply’ beautiful. And when Harry said “I kept my promise” my heart swelled. At first I wanted Harry, and then Draco to go ahead and do something terribly, awfully, horrible to the minister. I liked Draco’s spell by the way. But I realized that if they incapacitate or kill the minister they’ll never get the curse off of Harry. I’m actually glad that Lila intervened. Though I still want terrible things for Scrimgeour – just after the curse is lifted. Great update – on to the next.
