Count me on the side that is glad Lila stopped Draco. But I know somewhere in all of this, they have to be able to get the Cassandra curse removed. Draco is a threat that Harry is not, although I am not sure Scumgeour knows that. He is irrational about Harry. But I suspect he can sense the danger from Draco, Draco would exude it!
