Yes, something like that. After all, it would hardly suit Lucius's purpose to be hunted across Britain. He thinks that he should escape Azkaban in style if he's going to escape it at all. :)

The next story will cover part of the summer, but I can't let it take over too much of the story or the class year will never get properly started!
