Not that I didn't question Dumbledore and his reasons why he withheld the information until the very last, dramatic moment, but I do wonder what compelled him to say it this time. What was Dumbledore expecting. I see him as a calculating sort so thats why I'm wondering all of this.

But this was really bad timing on his part. Hermione and Ron can just assume it is because Harry is still angry at them for their own petty arguments, never seeing the actual cause. Severus is so concentrated on Harry's past with the Dursleys...so time to root for Draco! lol.
