To the fact that this 'one-shot' is 14,364 words and not done yet? And yet I still want to finish it and post it tonight, and I think I can.

Why do I have to have awesome ideas that nonetheless take up tons of words?

Um, because you're awesome, and when your one-shots are on the long side, it's because your plots require it, and have I told you I love your writing lately? I think I've been remiss. Time to comment on the last three or four chapters you posted...

I generally assume people like them or they wouldn't read them- unless they specifically review telling me what they don't like. :) But thank you for commenting!
