I can believe that. I do think you got across that his feelings for Harry are sincere, but his morality isn't really compatible. He'll either have to bend it Harry's direction or Harry will break him. I don't think he would ever use Harry to advertise for Corybantes, at least that's the impression I got from the story. This Draco seems to have politicians in his pocket, the head auror, and now Harry Potter. Very many people would go down if Corybantes did, including the chosen one. No one could afford that, so Draco probably gets many perks.

You really did make a fascinating world, and the concept of Corybantes is so original. (afaik)
