Draco was fulfilling Keatson's fantasies as much as Harry's originally. Of course, once he had Harry in the club, then most of it was about fulfilling both his and Harry's fantasies.

They will have challenges, in part because Harry will think more about what Draco did when he doesn't have an overwhelming amount of angst and guilt and other things confronting him. But hopefully they'll manage to survive it.
