Yes. In this case, the mystery is less important than what it will reveal about Harry, Draco, and possibly other people.

Keatson is the dead guy's name. As for Draco believing what he does, he's got good reason to believe it, but he has reasons for not wanting to admit why he believes it to Harry.

Draco's words are to the point- for him, or for someone observing the situation from the outside. Harry would wonder why the hell Draco didn't just ask openly for what he wanted, assuming he wanted something Harry could actually give him and would be willing to give him.
