I won't yet reveal where Michael came from- which is something Draco doesn't know himself when the story begins- but Harry, when he realized that Michael looked like a Malfoy, used a glamour to cover his more obvious features when they went out in public. Draco can see through the glamour because Michael is his blood.

And yes, Al almost does ruin several lives, not only his own.

Don't worry, I also find it hard to envision bottom!Snape. He'll be top, though the other dynamics of the threesome will probably merge and change in the stories.
