I sympathized with Harry in general, but not in this particular development. I'm seeing this argument from Draco and Snapes perspectives, perhaps. It's true that personal struggles wouldn't hurt anyone else as long as it's a secret, but they both know the truth now and they are affected by it. I think Harry's anger and continual self-sacrifice blinded him from realizing how he hurt them by withholding the truth and ultimately not trusting them. He's implying his welfare doesn't matter to them and that he doesn't think them strong enough to handle the truth (in the same sense that Dumbledore doesn't think Harry's old enough to handle the prophesy), even if he doesn't mean it that way.
