I think a case can be made either way. It's hard for me to assert absolutes.

ETA: I would like to reiterate that I enjoyed this chapter and love the story. My above was a result of feeling involved with the story. My apologies if it read as concrit. It wasn't intended as such, only speculation on the underlying meat of it.
