If it helps, I meant you to sympathize with both sides. Obviously, I think Draco is more in the wrong, because he was the one who tried to reduce Harry to his scars and their relationship to the sole issue of whether he hid the scars or not. But both of them have some things to learn. Harry starts to give up on Draco in the next chapter, but he really does it too soon.

And you're right, Harry can't run away, so he has to live with it. He's still bitter sometimes, and he envies Ginny, who was also scarred but has found someone who loves her in spite of this.
