Thank you! I think Harry might have a problem in general with relating to people who treat him like family; he has no experience that he remembers of it.

Draco may already have picked up on the fact that if he waited to show he liked Harry, Harry probably wouldn't think about him in a romantic context at all. And Draco is a little too conceited to like being ignored.
