Thank you! Harry can do that when his brain is engaged. At first, he was too caught up in sheer despair and thinking Skeeter was his one advantage to really use it. :)

Diggory won too many early victories. He really did think Harry and Draco would have to give up after Draco's shop was destroyed, and he grew more and more infuriated when they just kept on keeping on.

I shamelessly rely on the more illogical behavior of wizards in canon to drive some of the plot. Hey, Hermione said that most wizards don't have a lot of logic.

"Censure" is a nice vague term that can mean whatever Kingsley wishes it to mean. :)
