That was a very sweet scene between Harry and Draco! Honest and heartfelt...
Wow, that's interesting, your Rita Skeeter. I won't say she's likable (I'm referring to one of the comments before mine), but at least she'll be helpful... I think.
Rita Skeeter and her Quick-Quotes Quill always make me wonder. How do those things work? The thing twists all words like crazy and it are those same words that are being published as her work. Do you reckon they're kind of attuned to the owner, or something?
Lucius seems to be a very paranoid man. Honestly, he takes poison with his breakfast? That's so... Wicked.
I didn't understand what Draco's customer was getting at. Draco's response was interesting, though.
Btw, a lot of people commented on one of your recent chapters of Changing of the Guard, chapter 36, if I'm not mistaken. The one with the confrontation between Harry and his friends. They all said that it was so in character, especially Hermione. I just wanted to tell you that your Hermione here isn't any less in character to me than in CoTG! I can easily picture her growing up as the intimidating woman you describe in here. Especially with the history she has, with losing Ron and all.
